Mr. Finney is Managing Director of Japan Investment Management Agency (JIMA)
and Nihon Pacific Investments Ltd., a Hongkong company which he formed in 1990. JIMA and Nihon provide consultancy and manage
funds for investors and venture capitalists in Japan and Hongkong, with exposure in the property sector, dot-com ventures,
and corporate services. An Australian citizen, he was born and educated in Melbourne. He relocated to Hongkong in 1987 as
Project Leasing Director for Baillieu Knight Frank (BKF) of Australia. He served in 1994 as director for L&D (China),
the largest property company in China with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Hongkong, and Tokyo. Over the past 25 years, he has
traveled extensively throughout Europe, Middle East, U.S. and Asia, including the Philippines where he owns properties and
has been a frequent visitor since 1996.
